- Stand with arms outstretched & your chin slightly tucked.
- Turn your head to the right and turn your right arm so that your palm faces up. Breathe out as you turn (figure 1)
- Turn your head back to the centre and breathe in (figure 2)
- Turn your head to the left and turn your left arm so that your palm faces up. Breathe out as you turn (figure 3)
- Repeat for 1-2 minutes
